Jason Leonard

Retiring from professional rugby in 2004, Jason is a record breaking ex-prop forward who has won the very highest honours rugby has to offer while playing for England, the British & Irish Lions, Saracens and Harlequins rugby clubs.

Winning the Rugby World Cup in 2003, Jason has been part of four Grand Slam winning England sides (1991, 1992, 1995 and 2003) and has won a British & Irish Lions tour to South Africa in 1997. Until 2005, he held the record for most capped player, with 119 caps (114 for England) and, until 2013, held the world record for most capped forward.

"Over the course of my career, the physical demands of rugby have certainly had a significant impact on my joints. Although I'm retired from the professional game, using FLEXISEQ Sport means I can prolong playing for fun, enjoy rounds of golf and carry out everyday activities pain free."
